Weight: 247.5 lbs.
Well, I lost one of my one-and-a-half mysteriously-gained pounds, but I’m still wondering what my body is up to. I remain relatively unhungry for longer periods of time, it seems, and have forgotten about eating at all on a few occasions in Tom’s absence. When I do eat, it continues to be small portions.
Today I had a yogurt for breakfast (at noon), and a salad with turkey, egg, cheese and ham strips in it for “lunch” (if 4:00 is considered lunchtime). I didn’t eat before noon, which is unusual for me and I know is not good, metabolically speaking. I did drink a lot of half-decaf coffee, however, as I was “thirsty” but not hungry. I am sipping water as I write this, as I think I may not be making enough effort to get sufficient fluids in on an average day and need to be more diligent about remembering. I wonder if this may contribute to my weight gains or stalls.
The other disturbing thing I’ve been noticing for awhile, but especially lately, is that it appears my hair is thinning even more than its usual thinness.
