Weight: 247 lbs.
It’s so weird that just as I stop paying as close of attention to both my diet and weight, it seems that I am losing more steadily and perhaps quickly. When not focused as much on this, it seems that I am free to eat bits and bites when hungry, without obsessing as much about food when not.
Today I had a little leftover oatmeal for breakfast, then went many (too many!) hours until I remembered to eat again. I just finished a very late lunch, or maybe dinner, of salad with turkey strips, egg, and cheese in it. I also had a yogurt with some strawberries and granola mixed in.
I also think that I am not drinking enough, and need to make more of a conscious effort to remember to sip, sip, sip! Right now I have a headache, and I think it is from dehydration. I still have to wait some time to drink however, as I just finished my salad moments ago. This whole not drinking and eating at the same time thing is a pain in the arse, if you ask me! I still find it one of the hardest rules of any to follow.
