How depressing! I gained back a pound, and now have only lost one pound for the whole week. Sigh…. Today I ate a hard boiled egg with a little diet mayo for breakfast, two low-fat/low-calorie cheese sticks spaced through the day at work, a banana also at work, and then leftover fish and a little cottage cheese for dinner. The baked fish remains from our visit to Old Country Buffet, and is about to become botulized if it lasts any longer. So, Tom agreed to eat the last few fillets rather than let them wait another day for me to finish them off. Way to make a $5.99 (no coupon this time!) meal last for like 10 meals! In any case, if I gain weight again tomorrow, I’ll eat my shorts (and then gain the next day too!). Ha ha!
