Oh where, oh where is my “M” so I can just get it all over with already?! I attribute my half-pound weight gain to this, ’cause I barely ate yesterday other than my protein shake, a cheese stick or two, and some tuna for lunch. High protein and lots of fluids — penance for my sins of the day before. Now all I need is for my bloat, cramps, and irritability to subside and I’ll be good to go. I’m sure Tom also agrees!
